In preparation for an upcoming season you'll need the following.
1. $100 fundraiser fee (you can earn this money back by selling car wash tickets)
3. 7th/8th grade concussion baseline test proof (good for 2 seasons). Baseline testing can be scheduled at the Portland Clinic on Hall and Greenburg by calling 503-293-0161 ext. 4036. Tell them you're with Southridge youth football and there will be no cost.
